Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors at home, helping maintain independence and safety. The role involves personalized care plans tailored to each client and performing duties such as personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, and companionship.

Applicants should be 18+, have reliable transportation if possible, and be capable of passing Colorado background checks.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to pass background checks (CBI and CAPS).
• Excellent communication and caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Assist with shopping and errands including medication pickups.
• Prepare simple meals and hydration reminders.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
