Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors at home, promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, mobility support, errands, meal preparation, and friendly companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation; a personal vehicle is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CBI & CAPS).
• Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication, dependability and caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene assistance in the home.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Mobility assistance including walking, transfers and fall prevention.
• Shopping and errands such as groceries and medication pickups.
• Meal preparation with hydration and dietary reminders as needed.
• Provide emotional support and friendly companionship.
