Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors in their homes across Colorado. You will provide personalized assistance to promote independence, safety, and quality of life, following each client’s unique care plan and preferences.

Duties include personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, errands, meal preparation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation; personal vehicle preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CBI, CAPS).
• Caregiving experience welcome but not required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Mobility support and fall prevention.
• Run errands including groceries and medications.
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
