Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors seeks a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support clients in their own homes, helping maintain independence and safety. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation or access to transportation.
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CBI and CAPS).
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Light housekeeping in the client's home.
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention.
• Shopping, errands, and medication/prescription pickup as needed.
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders.
• Emotional support and companionship.
