Job summary

One You Love Homcare provides high-quality, compassionate, non-medical home care services to help clients live with dignity and independence. Our caregivers offer companionship, personal care support, daily living assistance, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

We provide flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive work environment. You must have reliable transportation and be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation ranges from $14 to $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
