Job summary

One You Love Homecare Windermere is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support. You will assist clients with daily living, companionship, and light housekeeping to help maintain independence and dignity.

The role offers flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, overnights) and a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Training is provided to ensure high-quality care and a meaningful work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license (if required for client transport).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• State certification and license, if applicable, must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
