Job summary

One You Love Homcare in Texas is seeking a caregiver to provide non-medical in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance. You will help clients maintain independence, assist with mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation when needed.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and strong communication with clients and families. Flexible scheduling, PTO, and development support are available to staff.

Qualifications

• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
