Job summary

One You Love Homecare Northwest Valley is seeking caregivers to provide essential non-medical in-home support. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain independence in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation to appointments. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive franchise network.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving/home care experience is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (insurance if required for transport).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
