Job summary

One You Love Homecare is seeking caregivers to provide non-medical home care, offering companionship, personal care support, and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, mobility support, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, with flexible scheduling to fit days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Training and development are provided to support a meaningful, family-like work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related field is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 8 hours of continuing education annually related to personal care services.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting per Nevada state law.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
