Job summary

One You Love Homecare is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide non-medical home care in clients' homes, helping maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care support, daily living assistance, and light housekeeping.

Ideal candidates have prior caregiving experience, HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if required for client transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
