Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation; valid driver's license and proof of insurance if traveling by car.

Responsibilities

• Call into the office each morning for assignment.
• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client's condition.
