Who You'll Serve

You’ll help seniors and adults maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes throughout New Milford, CT, and nearby communities. Your care allows clients to live safely with dignity while giving families peace of mind.

Requirements

• Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.
• We welcome Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates may be required to complete a background check as a condition of employment, consistent with Connecticut state regulations and applicable federal law.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
• Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.
