Nurse Next Door in Daly City, CA is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support seniors at home. Flexible schedule 10–40 hours per week, with daytime, evening and overnight shifts.

No prior experience required; paid training and help with CA Home Care Aide Registry. You will assist with ADLs, meals, and transportation, while keeping detailed records and adhering to care plans.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with valid CA driver registration or ability to obtain.
• Current California Home Care Aide Registry registration or plan to obtain.
• Ability to read, follow instructions, and document care.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s care plan as directed by the Care Designer.
• Assist with ADLs and personal care.
• Drive to appointments and assist with errands.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and hours.
• Participate in required training.
