No Worries Care is hiring in Mill Creek, WA for compassionate in-home caregivers. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, and light housekeeping to help them live safely and with dignity.

We welcome seasoned caregivers and those new to the field. CNA or HCA certification is preferred or obtainable, with immediate start options and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client wellbeing.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
