Job summary

No Worries Care in Washington state is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support clients in their own homes. We welcome caring individuals, with or without certification, who are eager to learn and grow with us.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders per care plans, while following HIPAA rules. Duties include dementia care, safe transfers with Hoyer lifts, light housekeeping, accurate notes, and CPR/First Aid basics.

Qualifications

• Experience in homes/assisted living/nursing homes/hospice preferred
• Comfortable with changes in condition and communicating clearly
• HIPAA/privacy awareness and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Manage medication reminders per care plan
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Provide dementia/Alzheimer's care as needed
• Use Hoyer lifts for safe transfers
• Monitor health/behavior changes and report them
• Perform light housekeeping and keep notes accurate
• Engage clients in supportive activities
• CPR/First Aid basics training as needed
