No Worries Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in Washington state. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, help manage medications, and prepare meals to promote comfort and independence.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and newcomers. CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client well‑being.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
