No Worries Care in Bothell, WA is urgently hiring multiple Home Care Aides to provide high-quality in-home care to clients. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and independence, with strong emphasis on patient-centered care and ongoing professional support.

Ideal candidates will have experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives in a professional, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate patient care
• Familiarity with medication reminders and care planning processes
• Experience working with people with dementia, arthritis, or mobility challenges.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required (e.g., resident transfers)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; ongoing training provided if necessary
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
• Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring memory care support

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Give medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual dietary needs
• Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments
• Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility
• Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to care team
• Perform light housekeeping
• Follow prescribed care plans and document services provided accurately
• Support patients during social activities and promote engagement for overall well-being
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and infection control procedures
