All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Caregiver/Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes in Mill Creek, WA. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence while ensuring dignity and safety.

No prior experience is required; orientation and training are provided. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred to reach clients in the community.

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
