This role welcomes both experienced caregivers and newcomers, with preferred CNA/HCA credentials and a willingness to obtain certification. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, weekends, and night shifts, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client well-being.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
