Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, check vital signs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures.
• Accurately record care notes and observations.
• Work closely with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist with meal preparation and engage residents in activities.
• Follow all company policies and Minnesota state regulations.
