The successful candidate will schedule equipment deliveries, confirm appointments, and optimize routes while maintaining detailed patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare scheduling or related experience.
• Experience with DME, PAP, or oxygen therapy preferred.
• Strong communication, professional phone etiquette, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule equipment deliveries, setups, installations, and service visits.
• Prioritize urgent requests and coordinate with care teams.
• Coordinate with physicians' offices, hospitals, and home health agencies.
• Confirm appointments and provide delivery updates.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and rescheduling; optimize routes.
• Maintain patient records and scheduling data in company systems.
• Prepare scheduling reports and performance metrics.
• Follow HIPAA, policies, standards, and compliance procedures.
