Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling or administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate delivery and pickup appointments for DME, PAP, and oxygen equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance visits and equipment exchanges per care plans.
• Prioritize urgent scheduling needs including after-hours or weekend requests.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly to patients and providers.
• Collaborate with physicians, home health agencies, and discharge planners to align timing with care plans.
• Maintain scheduling records and generate routine reports for management.
• Use scheduling software and systems to update patient preferences and delivery instructions.
