AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to coordinate patient appointments for DME, PAP, and oxygen services. You will manage delivery timing, setup, and pickup while delivering exceptional service to patients and providers.

The role requires strong scheduling software proficiency, multi-tasking, and effective communication with healthcare teams to ensure timely care and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments for DME, PAP, and oxygen equipment.
• Arrange routine maintenance visits and equipment exchanges.
• Coordinate after-hours and weekend service delivery when required.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide delivery windows.
• Collaborate with physicians' offices and home health agencies to align delivery timing.
• Maintain scheduling records and generate performance reports.
