• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of computer skills including Word, Excel and Email.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments by assessing type, provider, urgency and details.
• Collect and verify patient information and provide instructions as needed.
• Manage referrals, rescheduling, and outreach from reports or staff requests.
• Maintain a professional and organized workstation and support additional duties.
