Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita family member, is seeking a caregiver in Minnesota for full-time shifts. Pay is $17.71/hr with scheduled days/evenings, including alternate weekends.

The role focuses on assisting with personal hygiene, supporting participants with complex needs, and helping them pursue meaningful daily activities. Qualifications include a high school diploma, six months in human services preferred, and valid driving eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
