Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Minnesota is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on personal care, community participation, and helping participants achieve daily goals with compassion and reliability.

You will work part-time with shifts including evenings and every other weekend, receiving competitive pay and access to benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with complex needs.

• Support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
