Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and goals.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop genuine relationships and advocate for participants' well-being.
