Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a dedicated Laborer to maintain and beautify our location in Indiana. You will perform landscape duties, operate maintenance equipment, and handle general upkeep to support a welcoming environment for families and staff.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and availability for some holidays, evenings and weekends. A strong focus on compassionate, customer-centered service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor and/or management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
• This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performing all landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal, etc.
• Operating machinery appropriately in a safe manner.
• Handling the day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
