Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a dedicated Laborer in Memphis to maintain the property and beautify the location. You will perform landscape tasks, operate equipment, and handle general maintenance duties with safety and care.

The role requires availability for some holidays, evenings, and weekends, along with strong organizational and customer service skills to support Everstory’s mission and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor/management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performing all landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal, etc.
• Operating machinery appropriately in a safe manner.
• Handling the day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
