Job summary

Everstory Partners in South Bend, IN is seeking a Part-time Laborer to maintain the grounds and building, with duties including lawn care, snow removal, light repairs, and general upkeep to keep the site welcoming for families and guests.

Requirements: High School equivalency, 2+ years in maintenance, ability to operate equipment, read memos, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs; willingness to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor and/or management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Performing all landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal, etc.
• Operating machinery appropriately in a safe manner.
• Handling the day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned
