Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Laborer to perform maintenance, landscape care, and beautification of our property. You will operate maintenance equipment, handle daily repair tasks, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming site for visitors and staff.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in maintenance, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Availability for some holidays/evenings/weekends is required. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor and/or management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Care, maintenance, and repairs of the property as well as beautification of the location.
• Performing landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing and weed control.
• Operating machinery safely and as directed.
• Handling day-to-day general maintenance duties and maintaining equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
