Job summary

Everstory Partners in Memphis, TN is seeking a motivated Laborer to support property care, maintenance, and beautification. You will perform lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal, and operate maintenance equipment with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• High School equivalency required.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work diverse shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Care, maintenance, and repairs of the property and beautification of the location.
• Perform landscape maintenance: lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal.
• Operate machinery safely and perform day-to-day maintenance duties.
• Maintain equipment and respond to assigned tasks.
