Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Charleston, SC to provide daily resident care and support within a community setting.

The role involves assisting with bathing, dining, mobility, toileting, and medication support, while documenting care and communicating changes to the Wellness Leader and families. A High School Diploma or GED and CNA/MA certification are preferred, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, Geriatrics or elderly care experience preferred.
• CNA or MA Certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written or spoken instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports our culture – our pillars and 1440.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by Wellness Coordinator.
• Provide compassionate and competent care (bathing, dining assistance, mobility, toileting, morning/night routines).
• Provide medication assistance and personal care under supervision.
• Document relevant records in logs and care notes.
• Stay flexible to support other shifts as needed and communicate safety procedures.
