Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Caregiver to provide caring, personalized assistance for residents in our community. The role involves bathing, dressing, dining support, mobility, and daily activities, with a focus on compassionate care and safety.

You will work closely with the Wellness Leader to meet each resident’s needs and ensure excellent service. The position requires reliable attendance, adherence to 1440 care standards, and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience in geriatrics or elderly care preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow written or spoken instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dining, mobility, and daily activities.
• Provide compassionate, personalized care and monitor residents’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate changes to the Wellness Leader.
• Support safety procedures and participate in staff meetings and training.
