Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists Memory Care residents with activities of daily living and dining as assigned by the Enliven Director.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and provides high-quality resident care.
• Responds to resident call lights and alarms promptly and follows procedures.
• Documents care given and communicates changes to oncoming staff.
• Participates in training and team meetings as assigned.
