• Funeral industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Funeral Director(s) to ensure customer needs are met.
• Coordinate activities with families and funeral staff.
• Take initial calls and dispatch removal teams.
• Process death certificates and insurance claims.
• Schedule appointments for Funeral Directors and arrange services.
• Assist with setting up visitation areas and funeral services.
• Transport remains and manage removal logistics.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and fuel as needed.
