Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services: floral arrangements, chairs, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares service documents for funeral and cremation needs.
• Assists with dressing remains and cremation procedures as allowed by law.
• Answers phones and operates office equipment and systems.
• Runs errands for flowers and supplies as needed.
• Serves as usher, may assist with parking and transportation.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Ensures refreshments where allowed and supports visitations.
• Greet families and assist during visitations and services.
