Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by assisting with floral arrangements, caskets, photos and keepsakes.
• Greet clients and assist with information requests at the funeral home.
• Assist during visits and services, including setup, dressing, casketing remains, and transportation.
• Perform office tasks such as answering phones, operating fax, and handling administrative duties.
• Drive Funeral Home vehicles for services and family transportation as needed.
• Provide refreshments where allowed by law and assist with memorial or funeral ceremonies.
