Responsibilities

• Prepare services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos, and keepsakes.
• Assist with church/chapel setup, visitation, and service coordination.
• Answer phones and perform basic office duties (fax, typing, postage).
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups as needed.
• Greet client families and assist with information and directions at the office.
