Sci Corp is seeking a compassionate Funeral Services Assistant to support funeral operations and greet families in North Palm Beach, FL. You will handle clerical tasks, assist with services, and coordinate logistics with care and discretion. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and proficiency with MS Office is expected.

You will participate in staff meetings and perform duties with professionalism, maintaining the company’s mission and values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and databases; willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos, and keepsakes; ensures proper care and storage of items.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, and maintenance as directed by management.
• Assists with dressing and lifting remains and operation of crematory as permitted by law.
• Performs general office duties (phones, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, debit card machine, etc.).
• Goes on errands for floral deliveries and supplies; provides ushering and transportation as needed.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups; ensures refreshments where allowed by law.
• Assist with visitations, memorial and funeral services, including setup and handling personal items.
