Responsibilities

• Prepares for services: setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, and keepsakes.
• Handles documents related to services and cremations as directed.
• Assists with remains preparation, dressing, and transport within policy.
• Performs office duties: phones, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, postage.
• Runs errands for floral delivery and supplies.
• Serves as usher, parking support, and may drive funeral home vehicles.
• Ensures refreshments are available as allowed by law.
• Greets families and assists during visitation, chapel setup, and services.
• Completes preparation documents and assists with visits and viewings.
