Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements and other keepsakes; handles setup.
• Prepares documents related to services and maintenance as directed by management.
• Assists with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting, as allowed by law and company rules.
• Answers phones and handles office duties with various equipment.
• Runs errands for supplies and flowers.
• Acts as usher and may assist with parking or transportation.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Ensures refreshments are available where allowed by law.
• Assists with visitations and funeral services, including setup and placement of items.
• Greets client families and others entering the office for information and assistance.
