Job summary

sci is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant in Davenport, IA to support funeral operations and assist families with information and services. You will engage with the public, coordinate with staff, and help prepare arrangements respectfully and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability and willingness to learn.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients entering the office for information and assistance.
• Assist with funeral services and family needs.
• Answer phones and handle general clerical tasks (fax, typing, postage, etc).
• Prepare documents related to services and maintenance.
