Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain insurance license as required by state.
• CRM systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting relationships with prospective and existing client families to generate sales leads.
• Input prospective client contact information in CRM system.
• Schedule sales appointments including evenings and weekends.
• Present service, product, and property solutions to meet family needs.
• Use CRM to source leads and develop the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Funeral Director and team to coordinate sales efforts.
