Service Corporation International's SCI Glendale location is seeking a driven Sales Professional to generate leads and build relationships with families for cemetery and pre-need planning services. You will prospect, network, present planning guides, and follow up to secure referrals while managing activity and scheduling, including some evenings and weekends.

The role emphasizes customer care, timely inquiries, and teamwork with funeral directors and location staff.

Qualifications

• Education includes HS diploma or equivalent and up to 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or related industry exposure is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and networking to obtain referrals for cemetery and pre-need arrangements.
• Prospect a minimum of 4 hours daily for in-person engagement when working 8 hours.
• Obtain referrals from families post-service and maintain relationships.
• Explain and present planning guides to families and referred clients.
• Maintain activity tracking and adapt schedule including nights and weekends.
