Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Life Insurance License as required by state regulatory board.
• At least 1 year of customer service or direct sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Able to pass the company’s presentation certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and build trust through listening and empathetic communication.
• Present services, products, and cemetery property options to customers.
• Drive company vehicle to show plots or niches to clients.
• Enter selections into electronic contract and obtain signatures.
• Verify customer documentation and explain payment options.
• Follow up with families as arrangements progress and resolve issues.
