Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in mortuary/cemetery industry.
• Must pass CFDA Arrangers Test or equivalent and CFDA course if required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional sales or strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Daily phone/text support for incoming calls and texts.
• Accept payments for upcoming services.
• Obtain required signatures on compliance documents.
• Update HMIS system records.
• Process and follow up with Military honors requests and flag applications.
• DocuSign completion and uploading.
• Manage death certificate approval distribution list.
• Assist with arrangement prep precalls and follow-ups.
