Job summary

Foundation Partners Group seeks a Funeral Arranger to coordinate funeral and memorial ceremonies, ensuring a respectful, well-run service for families. You will manage transportation, setup, and on-site coordination with chapels, cemeteries, and staff.

You will interact with client families, handle documentation, and assist with insurance and benefits information while adhering to company policies. On-call availability and compassionate service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as a funeral assistant is preferred.
• Strong communication, compassion and integrity are essential.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs and drive when required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, conduct, and direct funeral and memorial ceremonies professionally.
• Confirm authorization to proceed with service arrangements.
• Engage with communities to grow market share and awareness.
• Inform families about veterans recognition and services offered.
• Drive funeral vehicles as needed.
• Assist at chapel, church services, and cemetery.
• Deliver caskets, urns, flowers, and keepsakes to families.
• Set up and dismantle chairs; care for and store equipment.
• Provide aftercare support in absence of the Family Service Counselor.
• Offer information on insurance, health benefits, and pensions.
