Job summary

A Compassionate Choice Home Care, LLC is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team. The role involves answering phones, directing calls, handling customer questions, and filing paperwork. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and prior office experience.

We are a small office with a positive, drama-free environment and opportunities to learn the home care industry. This position starts PRN with training and may grow into Part-Time (15–30 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls.
• Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork.
• Assist with daily office operations.
• Assist with Client sign-ups and Client Home Visits.
• Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions.
• Assistant to Administrator.
