The Sentinel of Rockland, an Assisted Living Facility in Montebello, NY, is seeking a Receptionist to provide clerical support, greet guests, answer telephones and coordinate services for residents, families and visitors.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, preparing correspondence, organizing communications, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment at the main entrance and reception area.

Responsabilités

• Answer telephones in a cheerful manner and in accordance with policies
• Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families and guests
• Field Marketing and Sales calls and document information
• Assist residents and staff in solving problems as needed
• Maintain daily resident and visitor logs
• Prepare correspondence and documents for daily operations and marketing
• Organize office functions and flow of communication
• Compose and edit written documents for correct spelling and grammar
• Maintain office supplies and identify needed supplies to leadership
• Create a customer-friendly environment that respects each individual
• Monitor main entrance to ensure resident safety
• Ensure that main entrance, lobby and parlor are neat and clean at all times
• Report employee call-outs to Department Heads
• Maintain Reception area in a neat and clean manner
